E3 INNOVATE has designed and installed the guts of this high performance house, including the insulation, heating and cooling systems, and fresh air ventilation equipment. Not only did we design them, we installed them too. 

The homeowners came to us wanting their dream home to be durable, comfortable, and able to manage mold, moisture and the humid summers of the southeast. With a tight, well insulated envelope, E3 was able to cut the heating and cooling system sizes down to nearly 1/2 the original quote, which not only saved the homeowners money, but will provide better comfort and humidity control over the life of the home.
